		<description>Meg&#039;s advice is so important.  Much of what she mentions is so easy--it&#039;s just not on the forefront of our minds.  Kind of like keeping our houses in good shape, you have to schedule time throughout the year for fix-ups to keep from major calamities.
Networking is an easy step.  Both online and offline, you can establish relationships that may have long-lasting benefits, aside from needing help down the road with a job search.
