Thanks for commenting.

Although I wrote that post 2 years ago, some of the issues still impact senior execs in job search. If it&#039;s been at least several years since they&#039;ve actively looked for a job, they may not have a clue about how to navigate the new world of executive job search, because so much has changed since they last did.

But I am finding that now, 2 years later, execs are much more aware of personal branding and have a better understanding of what it is and why they need to define their brand.
