According to a Wall Street Journal article last week by Sarah Needleman, recruiters are bullish on the outlook for executive-level job hunters in 2010.

Her finding is based on the historically reliable Execunet Recruiter Confidence Index. Last month’s survey indicated that recruiters expect a 19% rise in executive-search assignments during the first half of 2010.

I hope this trend turns out to be true. Hopefully the execs will get hired and start spending money, and hopefully that will stimulate the economy.

Thanks for commenting, DC Jobs.

I hope the prediction pans out, too. Something’s gotta give!
