Here are some Twitter people who routinely post executive job openings or serve as a platform for job seekers to post their candidacy. Some also offer career search advice and resources:

Ken Horst (@thejobsguy). Online Recruiting and Job Search Resources. New job postings everyday. He also offers a wealth of job search tips and information.

@JobAngels - Candidates looking for work post their job targets. Also includes listings of networking events.
